Each meeting Members and Visitors get the opportunity to promote their business. This may be through a 60 seconds spotlight session, telling people about their “best” clients and how they’ve helped them, what their best moments in business have been, and a range of other ways to keep these sessions fresh.
This opens discussions between attendees to find out more about each other’s businesses and create connections for each other. Testimonials are often provided during this process to highlight good outcomes so everybody gains knowledge on what their peers can do for them, their clients or their wider contacts.
There’s no pressure to bring leads to meetings and we don’t hold a formal “Referrals” type session. We simply ask that you find out more about colleagues in the room and listen out for opportunities. If you’re not sure about making a connection straightaway book a 1-2-1 meeting with the other party and get to know them better, as these quickly build trust and cement business relationships.
We include educational presentations that vary and are open to all. These can include presentations on particular areas of interest, Roundtable discussions, and Business Improvement Workshops – all designed to help owners improve their business.
It’s a great environment for finding suppliers for all types of services, forming connections with businesses to work alongside, or simply to learn how to improve your business from experienced people who have encountered the same issues as you…and overcome them.
